Getting charges of abnormality and defilement as of late held surveys to Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), BNP's competitor Tabith Awal recorded a case looking for crossing out of the outcomes.

Tabith Awal documented the case with the Election Tribunal in Dhaka on Monday (March 2).

The primary joint area court judge Utpaul Bhattacharjo will convey an endless supply of archives.

Tabith Awal's legal counselor AKM Ehsanur Rahman told Banglanews: "The case was recorded looking for the undoing of results and re-appointment on the charge of vote fixing. The Tribunal will provide the request in the wake of looking into reports."

Decisions to the DNCC and DSCC were hung on February 1 last when Awami League up-and-comers Atiqul and Taposh won the mayoral posts.
